We are now looking for a star to join our team at Mässrestauranger in Malmö. You will be an important part of the work before and after our events, but also shine during the actual execution.

The job is versatile and offers a varying number of tasks and responsibilities. The main task is to handle the dishwashing and some cleaning in our facility and restaurants. However, you will also participate in unpacking and setting up for upcoming events, organizing and sorting after the event is over. During the event, the full focus is on our services, and dishwashing and cleaning will be your main focus.

Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing and cleaning
• Setting up/building mobile cafes/restaurants at various events
• Packing goods and equipment for events
• Organizing after events
• And other tasks that occur in a restaurant

About you:

To succeed in this role, you need to have a high stress threshold, a positive attitude with a strong sense of service, and good physical condition.

You are passionate about providing world-class service and have a good ability to prioritize and take initiative. You are a flexible chameleon who thrives in a varied work environment. You enjoy working physically and putting in extra effort when needed, and you are practically minded. You are detail-oriented and do not let quality be affected by high pressure.

You are meticulous and have good multitasking skills as many things happen simultaneously with us. It is important to keep time, so you must be very punctual and careful about this. You speak and understand Swedish and/or English fluently.

It is an advantage if you have experience from the café and restaurant industry or have worked with similar tasks. It is also a plus if you have at least a B driver's license.

The position is a temporary employment as needed with hourly pay according to collective agreements. We place great importance on your personal qualities in this recruitment.

We work weekdays, weekends, and evenings according to a schedule based on the events we have in-house, which requires you to be flexible.
